WTR’s list of key performance indicators includes:

• IIP Staff Performance Appraisal/workplace monitoring
• Work Order Acceptance forms - clients feedback on the service level, quality of the job and the attitude of WTR staff
• British Safety Council - achieved British Safety Council International Safety awards for the fifth consecutive year.
• WTR are committee members for STEP - Change in Safety Chartered Focal Point and (FPAL) and IMR (Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality.
• HSE Manhours and Safety Record - 10 years safety record – from 1999-2009 ZERO INCIDENTS.
