WTR has developed a range of Technowrap™ repair products for a wide variety of applications. The following list summarises the product range and a brief description of the intended application. - Technowrap 2K™ (L.T., H.A. and H.T.)
- Multi-directional glass cloth, epoxy resin system
- Used for the repair of piping systems and vessels
- Defect types: internal, external, through wall
- Technowrap PRS™
- Uni-directional glass cloth, epoxy resin system
- Used for the repair of pipelines
- Defect types: internal, external up to 80% wall loss
- Technowrap Core™
- Glass fibre, polyurethane system
- Temporary repair
- Technowrap Potable™
- Multi-directional glass cloth, epoxy resin system with potable water certification
- Used for the repair of piping systems and vessels
- Defect types: internal, external, through wall
- Technowrap Splashzone™
- Multi-directional glass cloth, epoxy resin system
- Must be applied in dry conditions, but can cure in wet
- Used for the repair of caissons and risers

The performance range of the above Technowrap repair products is;
- Temperature range of -75 to 220°C / -103 to 428°F
- Pressure range tested up to 250 bar / 3625 psi
- Guarantee life-time up to 20 years
Ideally the surface preparation of the damaged component should be to Sa2.5. This is the surface preparation that WTR recommends. However, it is acknowledged that in some circumstances it may not be possible to prepare the surface to Sa2.5 but to either ST2 or ST3. All Technowrap products are qualified to these three surface preparations.
The Technowrap range of products can be applied on pipelines, tanks and vessels and all pipework geometries including bends, tees, reducers, flanges. They can also be used to encapsulate temporary clamps.
