WTR has developed some of the most advanced composite repair products. They are highly regarded within the oil and gas industry for their cost-effectiveness, reliability and quality. All Technowrap™ composite repairs are engineered and come with a life time guarantee and are fully compliant to International Standards.

Technowrap Core™, Technowrap 2K™ have all been adapted to meet the specific needs of customers. Technowrap 2K H.T. was developed to achieve temperatures of up to 220 degrees centigrade. Technowrap 3K Primer enhances the pressure retention capability of a Technowrap 2K repair by a factor of 3, allowing pipe systems with design pressures up to 250 Bar to be repaired.

Recently a range of new Technowrap products were introduced including;

• Technowrap H.P. PRS™ - a high pressure pipeline repair system based on a carbon reinforcement
• Technowrap Potable™ - a repair system specifically designed and certified for potable water applications
• Technowrap Splashzone™ - a repair system specifically designed for repairs in the splashzone. Currently the repair must be applied to a dry surface but can cure in wet conditions
• Technowrap Structural Strengthening™ - a carbon reinforcement repair system designed for repair for structural applications – not just for Oil and Gas industrial application but other industrial sectors as well.
• Technotrak™ – an temporary repair asset registry system

Products under development and aimed for launch in 2009/2010 include;

• Technowrap Abrasion – a repair system with enhanced erosion/abrasion resistance aimed for slurry applications or in pipe systems with hand sand content
• Technowrap Fire – a repair external coating system to reduce smoke emissions and also provide H60 fire rating
• Technowrap Splashzone™ – further development of the existing Splashzone product to enable adhesion in wet conditions
